As we head into our busiest and most festive time of year, we kindly ask all clients to take note of a temporary update to our cancellation policy for December appointments only.
Due to increased demand and higher operating costs during the holiday season, the latest time to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee is 7 days prior to your scheduled date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.
These adjustments help us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule and ensure that last-minute changes don’t impact the additional costs that come with the December rush and holiday season.
